Photoactive particles Ag-Ni
3D image of the binary film system Ag-Ni with sp1-carbon deposited on the silicon after treatment in atmosphere of nitrogen. The effect of a giant photoresponse was observed which is used to create nonlinear photoresistor with diode characteristic. Used AFM mode.
